Shannon's Recipe:

When I say easy... I mean EASY! Warning: the amount of butter in this recipe will not qualify it as a healthy dish, BUT your fans will LOVE it!

This winner is literally finished in 30 minutes and I mean from creation to serving line. They are magnificient warm but still delightful even when they are cool. Honestly our family has never made it to the cooling stage because everyone has finished sampling the batch. Wabash tailgates would not be the same without this easy dish!

Baked Hot Ham and Cheese Sanwiches on Hawaiin Bread

Hilary's Recipe:

We are pizza fans in this house. So I went on a mission to find a healthier version of pizza that did not involve a cauliflower crust. I've tried cauliflower crust before; it was not for me. Anyway, I had seen several versions of an English muffin pizza so I tried to find one that resembled the actual parts of pizza that I love (sauce, cheese, pepperoni). After searching high and low I ended creating my own version of healthier pizza.

The ingredients are very simple. I calculated the total amount of calories in the entire cookie sheet full of mini pizzas. The calories broke down to 209 per entire English muffin (top and bottom). Yum yum! One tip: toast the English muffins before baking them with the rest of the ingredients.

Addie's Recipe:

I really needed something crunchy, salty, and cheesy for watching my favorite sporting events (ok...my favorite movie Pride and Prejuidice)... I also wanted something hot and filling for this chilly weekend of sports (I mean...chilly weekend of reading my books). ha!

These met all my cravings but I think they look a little rubbery...but low in calories trumps the looks thing for me!

Next up I needed something warm and filling. This just screams CHILI!! This is an especially

tough one for me as I am a vegetarian and my husband is not! I made the Biggest Loser Chili and instead of adding ground turkey, I made ground chicken...but it became a condiment so that I didn't have to eat it!! The picture is of my carnivore husband's bowl..he thought it was delicious! Win-win!! Recipe: http://ifoodreal.com/high-protein-crockpot-turkey-chili-recipe/

Let's go sports...I mean go team...I mean, if you need me I will be reading!
